I operate the website at (“our site”). I am the data controller, for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

  2. The information we collect and how we use it

    1. When you purchase a product from our site, we collect certain information such as your name, and e-mail address. We will use that information as described in clauses 2.2 and 2.4 below. We may also collect certain information such as your name and e-mail address when you submit that information on our email enquiry form to enquire about our products, however we will only use that information for the purposes described in clause 2.4 below.

    2. We gather your information to allow us to process your order. The relevant information is then used to communicate with you on any matter relating to the processing of your order in general. Your payments are processed by a third party payment provider. Your payment/credit/debit card details are sent by you direct to them. We do not have, and will not retain, access to your payment/credit/debit card details. We also require a picture (which may comprise personal data) from you in order to fulfil your order. We will delete the picture you send to us within 12 months of our fulfilment of your order.

    3. We may use aggregate information and statistics for the purposes of monitoring website usage in order to help us develop our site and our services. We may provide such aggregate information to third parties. These statistics will not include information that can be used to identify any individual.

    4. We may also provide you with information about special features of our site or any of our other products or services we think may be of interest to you, by email or SMS. If you would rather not receive this information please tick the box to “opt out” when you submit your details, or alternatively you can unsubscribe at any time by following the link on any marketing email or SMS sent by us.

These cookies allow us to distinguish you from other users of the website which helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our site and also allows us to improve our site.

    1. The internet is not a secure medium. However we and our payment processor have put in place various security procedures. For example, SSL encryption is used in processing your payments.

However, you should be aware that the use of the Internet is not entirely secure and for this reason we cannot guarantee the security or integrity of any personal information which is transferred from you or to you via the Internet.

It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for our suppliers. This includes staff engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order and the processing of your payment details.     1. By submitting your information you consent to the use of that information as set out in this policy.     3. You can object to our use of your information for marketing purposes by sending us a notice via email or letter. We will then cease processing your information in the way objected to unless that use is protected under applicable Data Protection legislation. 

    4. You can also restrict the way in which we process your information if the information is inaccurate, unlawful or you require it for a legal claim. If you inform us by email or letter that you wish to restrict the way in which we use your information we will continue to store it and only process it with your consent, for use in legal claims, to protect the rights of another individual or for an important public interest reason. We will inform you before lifting the restriction in these cases.

    5. You also have the right to request that we send the information we hold on you to either yourself in a commonly used and machine readable format or to another company where this is possible.
